This week I want you to meet my friend and colleague, Joanne Cohen-Katz.

Joanne has been a lifelong seeker of truth and healing, beginning with her residency in the Kripalu yoga community at the age of 19! She has extensive training in mindfulness practices, and trauma therapy, including Internal Family Systems and Presence Psychotherapy. These practices led her to heal from a lifelong tendency towards compulsive behavior, particularly in the areas of work--transitioning from an academic career that left her burned out to a joyful balanced life where her work aligns with her deepest calling. She has been a licensed psychologist for the past 32 years, In this capacity, she has treasured her opportunity to share these healing modalities with others, in both individual and group settings.
