  • Ep. 22 - Justin Hast - Everything You Need To Know About Watches
Justin Hast is writer, presenter, collector, and all-round watch enthusiast.
Watches has always been a topic which fascinates me but one I knew little about, and so it was an absolute pleasure to sit down with Justin and treat him as my agony aunt, and ask all of those questions I’ve been dying to ask someone in the know.
We talk about the differences in watches, from a pilots watch, to a sports watch, to a divers watch. Tips on buying your first watch, and for buying one for your partner. I ask urban myths like if Tudor watches are just cheap Rolex’s, Justin tells the jaw-dropping origin story of Richard Mille, and we even cover topics such as watch placement on your wrist, pairing them with outfits, and Justin share’s his thoughts on the ideal collection size.
At the end of this episode you will be informed enough to kickstart your journey as a watch enthusiast. Since recording with Justin, I have spend many hours reading, researching and thinking about these things that we strap onto our wrists. I think I’m hooked, and I know you will be too.
