Ashley Yong ditched her prom to help the homeless. She used the money she had saved for her prom to make 20 care packages which she distributed to homeless people in her home town of Chicago. In our conversation we talk about what made her decide to give up the biggest night of her life so far, she's 17, and instead do something that most of only think about.

I had a great conversation with James O'Callaghan, high performance director for the Irish sailing team and four time Olympic coaching veteran. As well as the inside perspective on competitive sailing James also talks about his move to Spain for a year ago with his wife and two small daughters.
