John Searby is a 1998 graduate of Milligan College where he led the Buffaloes to 3 conference titles and an NAIA National Tournament appearance. Following graduation, Searby embarked on a 10-year collegiate coaching career with stops at Gardner-Webb, Tennessee Tech, Lincoln Christian University, and Auburn.

John Searby is co-owner of the Jay Bilas Skills Camp and serves as Camp Director. In this role, John manages ongoing planning and administration of all camp locations as well as the programming and day-to-day operations of the camp.
