In this episode I got to sit down and chat with Johnny Crowder of the band Prison and Cope Notes. We end up reminiscing about the early days in both of our careers and how our paths crossed, his former band Dark Sermon, current band Prison, as well as his company Cope Notes. We dig into standing out as a metal band, what is was like to go through the pandemic as a band, touring, mental health and what it's like to prep for a TED Talk.
