According to the prophet Jeremiah, the spiritual heart is so innately wicked and deceptive that one cannot even understand his own heart--but God does!

Why is it important to test our beliefs to determine the truth of what we believe? Satan is a deceiver. We must know the truth!

Today I want us to think about the idea of the Christian Soldier - the committed believer living faithfully in a tough world.

And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand".

The problem with putting our lives in the hand of Fate. Fate does not guarantee that the pain will end someday. Fate does not personally care about you. Fate is just fate.

The more we get to know God through simple conversation the more we will love and trust him. Then when it seems there is nothing else we can do, our praying will be an important kind of action for us.

The Bible tells us that the greatest power that can be in man is God, then and only then does the Bible say…Greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world.

Thus our Creator did not simply turn back the clock in Jesus' death -- He eliminated it.

“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God, the Almighty—

    the one who always was, who is, and who is still to come.”

What’s the secret to greatness? It’s a repentant, trusting, serving, and humble heart. God doesn’t look at the outside but at the heart.
