Baby E will be making his way earth side any day now and we wanted to record an episode together asking each other 3 questions each. Our main focus right now with our masterclass and a lot of our content is surrounding relationships because we believe with the work we've put into our relationship along with receiving so many questions regarding relationships, it's our proud duty to share everything.
We dive into what it looks like to work on the relationship vs in the relationship, why emotional support from the male perspective is the solution more often than not, Lauren's fears at the beginning of our relationship vs now, and so much more.

With Baby E arriving any day now, we wanted to bring you one of our favorite series! Enjoy!
What is the most important aspect of a deeply fulfilling life? A true and intimate connection with other people and most importantly: our intimate partner. This intimate connection must be cultivated, nurtured, and tended to on a consistent basis to grow to its ultimate potential.
In today's episode and Part 1, we are going to discuss 5 impactful practices for growing in love. We are going to cover why weekly check-ins are vital, the need for identifying personal and relational core values, identifying the why and what, what "turning towards" truly means, and Jospeh's kink phrase taking personal responsibility.
Be sure to subscribe and stay tuned for our next episode where we'll dive into the last 5 practices and let us know which ones you will start incorporating!

Fear is a mile wide and an inch deep but as we approach big life and work decisions, that reality fades and we conjure up worst case scenario steps that ultimately lead to zero in our bank account and death. What's the best way to approach these type of decisions and not fear swirl, leading to anxiety and inaction?
In this solo episode, I (Joseph) will take you through my process for making big decisions that include defining the ideal outcome, the steps involved, what could go wrong, and more.
It's important to look at the major angles to make the best decision possible but we know far too many that overanalyze and don't take necessary action. Make the decision from an informed place and sprint.

Are you seeking that "unicorn" relationship? The one that checks all the boxes? For your other half, that's an admirable strategy. What about your other relationships? Are you using the same strategy for friends and acquaintances that may be leaving you feeling lonely?
In today's episode, we're going to dive into the concept of purpose driven relationships and how beautiful differences add and enrich the dynamic of our connections and our lives. We haven't always had the biggest community and friend circle but we've worked on it and a perfect example is in our neighborhood where we are getting to know more people and forming those important bonds.
We'll also discuss a recent dog attack and Joseph's response, the boundary setting process, what makes a purpose driven relationship, and more!

What does an unbreakable bond look like to you? What characteristics embody an unbreakable bond? Do you have an unbreakable bond with yourself?
These are some questions we wanted to tackle on today's episode along with the idea of the Cartesian Crisis that describes the inability to be sure of anything—scientific claims, the basic facts of historical events, the degree to which a consensus is actually accepted by others. Understanding the potential roles of discourse and absolutes in belief especially around our political climate right now is important to talk about. We'll also talk about child rearing, core values and purpose of course, and where we both stand with sharing our political views on social media.

As we're in the epicenter of potentially the most important election cycle of our time, it's important to remember how skilled marketers and storytellers are when crafting their emotional message and how many individuals believe it if they see it enough in the media. It's no secret that MSM favors one party over the other and with recent monumental shifts occurring, we're at a pivotal moment.
The concept of emotional marketing also exists in business as we at Cured are always doing our best to paint the picture of a brighter future where individuals feel their best, stress less, and live more. We've backed that up for the past 7 years with consistent quality fulfillment of our products and education. You need both components to succeed long term. This also ties into motivation which we'll discuss specifically in relationships and Jospeh's favorite phrase: personal responsibility.

We don't often talk about our business Cured on this podcast but we wanted to today because it ties in so well with the main through line of this episode. As we prepared for our 7th anniversary at Cured, we wanted to discuss some of the inner workings that play into attracting and nurturing customers and the story arc and process we use to go about this with emails, ads, and other advertising avenues.
This is the same heart led, experience focused approach that allows us to really understand the perspective and perception of those who would benefit from our products. This is also extremely important in our lives and in our relationships. Too often we overlook someone else's perspective and may even have the opposite perception of a goal. We'll dive deep into these concepts along with insecurity, monk mode and prioritization, a lot of parenting thoughts, and more!

To look into the future, we must look into our past and the uncomfortable truth is we must break our unaligned patterns that don't serve our future selves. A perfect illustration of this is our relationship and the evolution it has gone through from beginning to its incredible place now.
We dealt with a lot of codependency issues which we'll share both of our perspectives and the change in our responses from then to now. It's important to understand and identify your experience so you can start to break the pattern.
If you are a dog lover, get the tissues out because we also dive down a rabbit hole around soul dogs and the crushing emotional blow we experience when they pass.

As we continue to dive deeper into our spiritual learnings and epiphanies, we wanted to record this episode to expand on some of the topics we've discussed in previous episodes but bring a central concept to the forefront: following your golden thread.
In WTHN, we teach our students how to audit their lives and their core values and realignment naturally follows, removing what is now misaligned through this process. One of the hardest parts of achieving your greatest success is understanding your current sacrifice, seeing and comparing what others are doing whether in life or in business, and still doing what's required of you in this season to reach YOUR goals. We'll talk about both of our perspectives in this area along with how listening to your intuition is the everlasting link to God or source.

So many events have happened recently at home and abroad and today's episode is a spontaneous deep dive on our modern political landscape and how we've changed our minds over the years. When we solidified our core values and used them as a filter for decision making processes, this also included our political beliefs.
Whether you agree with us or not, we are here to have an open and transparent discussion because right now, this is the world we are creating for our children and subsequent generations. It's an incredibly important time in our history and we believe leading with curiosity and honesty will unify us going forward. We would love to hear your insights and perspective as well!
