Israel is coming under mounting pressure as the death toll in Gaza passes 10,000, nearly half of them children, according to the Hamas-run health officials there. But Israeli officials are rejecting any pause, much less a ceasefire, saying it only stands to benefit Hamas after the slaughter of 13 hundred mostly civilians four weeks ago. How is this all being received in the Arab World? Christiane asks Jordan’s Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi.
