You can be, do and have anything you want in this reality. However, what you truly want is different than what you think you want. To create deliberately, you must know the difference between what you think you want and what you truly want. When you want something you do not have, you are creating based on lack. You think that by efforting and struggling your way to manifesting what you think you want, you'll feel something you don't feel now. This won't work.
