The Summer Solstice is such a magical time, filled with the sun’s light, helping us to connect more deeply with our body, soul and spirit.

The solstices celebrate the cycles of endings and beginnings, of transformation and rebirth, as the Wheel of the Year now turns, moving us from light into darkness, where the outer energy starts to wane, and instead the inner energy can expand, whilst at the winter solstice we move from darkness into light.

In this way the solstices create like a portal of new consciousness, and as you step through that portal, you are being given an opportunity to look at what you want to let go of, and what you want to take with you into this new expansion of consciousness.
