Wake up and roll into your Thursday with Joel & Mama Mish, along with sassy Liam for JOY Breakfast – a funny, cheeky, and delightfully unpredictable morning show that mixes news, nostalgia, and nonsense with a lot of laughs.

Mama Mish is away, so Joel is flying the JOY Breakfast plane solo this week — but don’t panic, because there’s a HUGE show ahead! We’re celebrating 70 years of Australian television, counting down TV Week’s Top 25 Aussie shows of all time and asking what show had YOU glued to the telly! Joel is joined by the fabulous Darby James to dive into their award-winning Melbourne Fringe show Little Squirt — a hilarious, heartfelt and very cheeky musical cabaret about sperm donation, queer parenthood and the wonderfully absurd journey to making a baby! Plus, after 8am, Joel catches up with the Rogue Traders alongside Tuesday Breakfast’s Cat, to chat all things DIRTY DIRTY DISCO, before wrapping up the morning by celebrating legendary Australian filmmaker Baz Luhrmann’s 64th birthday.

Brett and Scott catch up with Samantha Jade backstage at Melbourne’s Regent Theatre as she wraps her acclaimed run as Vivian Ward in Pretty Woman: The Musical.

Samantha reflects on making her musical theatre debut, the challenge of performing eight shows a week and the emotion of saying goodbye to a role that pushed her well outside her comfort zone.

She also reveals what comes next, including plans to head to Los Angeles to write and record new music, with a new EP on the horizon.

Plus, Samantha shares why the LGBTQIA+ community has played such an important role throughout her career, from packed early performances following her X Factor win to becoming a much-loved fixture at Pride events around Australia.

And we go deep into the Samantha Jade archives… from Turn Around and Secret to an unreleased track performed in Las Vegas in 2005.
