Welcome to one of our first interviews on JRP DAILY that's actually live and in person! (It's THE first, unless you count that time that Gerard filled in)

In this episode I'm sitting down and having a conversation with my good friend David Coole. 

David was the salutatorian of our class, and is now going into his senior year at Ringling College of Art and Design, pursuing a degree in Computer Animation. 

David is my go-to guy if I ever need a good pun, or if I have any questions about art that Gerard doesn't know the answer to. 

He also really knows his stuff when you start talking about the film and gaming industry... as you'll notice in this show. 

So if you're interested in how movies, cartoons, video games, or just about anything else is animated, then you should enjoy this episode.

While social media ads are getting more and more expensive, they still provide new and small business owners with some HUGE opportunities... just maybe not the way you're thinking about it. 

Obviously, social media ads once provided the massive opportunity for companies and brands to get in front of an audience of MILLIONS of people that they could then convert into sales. The problem now is that there are so many businesses on social media, and so many people ignoring ads, that this doesn't really work anymore. 

Or it does... but social media platforms are also going to keep raising prices to see which companies will be the highest bidder. 

But what if social media ads can still be used as a tool... even if they don't lead you to millions of dollars in sales? 

What if you find a new way to use them to your advantage, and help prepare yourself for those advertising campaigns in the future. 

Opportunities never really die... they just kind of transform... and here is how that is happening with social media advertising.

Social media marketing is the hot new thing. There are probably at least three people in your neighborhood that our now the proud founders of their very own social media marketing agency. But what does the future hold in store for social media marketers? 

Over time, Facebook Ads are just getting more and more expensive, and while everybody is jumping on this train for social media advertising, you're probably just getting even further lost in the noise. 

Here's the simple way to put it. Now that everybody is advertising on social media, the social media platforms have the power to start charging higher and higher prices in order to thin out the competition. They are in a spot where they can start charging top dollar for the biggest companies to have their spots on the platform, and then everybody wins. 

Well... except for the smaller companies that can't keep up with the price. 

So is social media advertising still a good idea for your business? Is organic growth-hacking still going to work?

Let me cut straight to the chase here.

Tell me how often this has happened. 

You go somewhere new, you get introduced to all of these people, and literally the first thing they tell you is their name. 

You have a great conversation, you hit it off, or maybe you don't, who knows? But let me guess... you probably already forgot their name. 

It sucks when that happens. Especially if it is someone that you know you are going to see again. Nothing is more awkward than asking someone that you've known for six months what their first name is. Or even worse... calling them the wrong name. 

That's why in this episode we broke down why this happens, and some of the things that you can do in order to make sure that you remember everyone's name from this point forward. So long as they stay relevant at least.

In today's episode I decided I wanted to share three of the top industries that I see BOOMING in the foreseeable future. 

These are industries that I have hand-picked myself, based on my own observations, interests, and experiences. 

So don't take this episode as some sort of weird expert style of psychic business stuff... but instead just take it as a chance to go "huh, this Justin guy has a good point."

It's that question that we all want an answer to. 

How do I make (more) money? 

Well... here is what I am doing right now to make money. Unlike most people, I actually have about four streams of income. 

They aren't exactly substantial streams of income... but they are there. The parts are in place. 

And if for some reason you do not have at least three streams of income, then you should. There is nothing stopping you from investing and/or starting a side hustle. 

So what can you do to give  yourself a raise today?

Jacob Kelly works full-time as a marketer and social media manager for various professional sports teams in the Ottawa area. 

If you've ever wanted a career in sports, marketing, or anything else relating to content, then Jake is probably someone that you should be paying attention to. 

He landed his first job in marketing at just 19 years old, and has now started creating his own content, with his podcast "My Social Life" where he interviews social media influencers, and gets to the bottom of how to find success on social media. 

Everybody out there now wants to do what they love for a living, be financially free, and not have to wake up every day and go to their 9-5. 

Jacob Kelly is one of the few examples of a young man that is DOING what he loves. Although right now he is in sort of a "9-5" job... he is out there helping spread the word about his teams... which would be a dream to a lot of folks at this age.

Using terms like "The Top 1%"... it can seem a little out of reach to actually become one of the country's millionaires. 

What's even crazier is that you actually only need to make about $400,000 per year in order to be considered in the top one percent of earners. 

However, if you look at millionaires as being those who have a net worth of $1,000,000 or more, there is a good chance that you can make it to that mark. 

Studies show that there are around 11 million households in the U.S. that have hit millionaire status. Do you think you have what it takes in order to be one of the wealthiest 11 million people in the country? 

That's a lot of people. 

But if you have the right levels of patience, focus, a perseverance, I have no doubt in my mind that the status of "millionaire" is more than achievable for you. 

Odds are that you pass millionaires in the grocery store every week. They don't all live the "high-life" that we might think they do. 

So what does it take to get there?

Mathematically... What does it actually take to become a millionaire? 

$100 and hour? $200? $300? 

Nope, nope, and nope. 

If you're even a mediocre mathematician, you can figure this out without even listening to the episode. But have you ever thought about being a millionaire this way? 

Have you ever sat down and thought to yourself "I need to make $XXX an hour if I want to get to millionaire status?" Or have you ever thought to yourself "If I sell a $XXX product X number of times this year... I'll have hit $1 million in revenue?" 

Odds are, you haven't, and that's exactly why I decided to do this episode!
