Judge sets date for Trump DC federal election subversion trial

Federal Judge Tanya Chutkan set former President Trump’s trial for his alleged role in trying to overturn the 2020 presidential election for March 4, 2024. The date is just one day before Super Tuesday, when voters in more than a dozen states will go to the polls. CNN Legal Analyst Carrie Cordero joins AC360 to discuss the judge’s trial date decision.
