Today's episode is short and sweet and here to give you a little background about me & my journey! 

I am a Flight Attendant and have been for almost 8 years- gosh time flies when you're having fun! As much as these past eight years have been fun and adventurous they have also come with frustration, grief, anxiety & BURNOUT... which is NORMAL- because life doesn't always guarantee a smooth ride!

During a season of extreme burnout & a feeling like I wanted more I decided to hang up my wings (temporarily) and take an office position- however after a couple years in that role I realized that it was no longer aligned. SO I went back to what I knew, what I loved- FLYING!!

But coming back on the line during a pandemic was not as easy as it may have seemed. My anxiety hit an all time high & I started experiencing panic attacks pretty regularly. It took a pretty honest and raw conversation with my sister to realize that I no longer wanted my life to be define by my anxiety & depression. 

Since that conversation I've been on this journey of SELF GROWTH and PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT because I want to create a life I LOVE alongside the life of being a FLIGHT ATTENDANT!!

So if you are in a season of navigating change or anxiety or maybe you are searching for a routine that brings you joy or maybe you are even realizing you want to call your shot for that dream that's  tugging on your heart- WELCOME ABOARD!!

Week after week I hope to provide you with tools I have learned (and continue to learn) to help you navigate whatever life may throw at you because at the end of the day it's what we do with the circumstances of life that determine the life we create!
