Chuck and Rusty move their conversation into discussing President Trump declaring a national emergency to get the border wall built. They explain why some are concerned about the precedent set by declaring a national emergency, but why President Trump did the right thing and had no other choice.

They finish up today’s show talking about the spending by Congress and how our debt continues to grow as bureaucrats make more decisions. They discuss how high-speed rail projects and other government construction projects distract people from real issues.
