I reflect on the practice of pausing—resisting the urge to fill empty space with noise, activity, or distraction. A quiet invitation to get comfortable with the space in between and allow it to be exactly what it needs to be.

What we say yes to and what we say no to is about alignment, honesty, acceptance, and love of ourselves so that we can be our truth in all areas of our life.
