Comic Books. We know them, we love them. As collectors the main thing we hear often "how much is that worth?" "what would be a good investment?" "what is your most valuable comic book?" All great questions but we collect for the love of the game and most likely we will pass our collections on. In that you want your book to be in the best possible condition and you may have heard about comic grading but even before that is a step you may not know about. Enter our guest tonight Mr. Gabe Flores, let's call him Glamorizing Gabe! Here's the guy who is going to spiff your book up to the best possible condition to go out for grading. He puts the book through a process called pressing and cleaning. We're going to talk to him all about the process and how it works. And most importantly how it can increase the value. Instead we are speaking on monumental decades in the WWF. The Rock & Wrestling era of 1984 - 1991 and the infamous Attitude era from 1997 - 2003. We could easily say the 80s vs. 90s of WWF wrasslin'! And you're not reading a typo because at this time there was no WWE it was only known as the WWF and since we're not under contract we are going to call it as it was! SO which era did you value more? Which was more influential?? Which do you think played the greater part in the overall success of the WWF and Vince McMahon??? Two titans in the pop culture industry - two icons without whom the very backbone of so called geek-culture would not exist. Born on opposite coasts of the United States, 22 years apart. Their work did not lay the foundation for pop culture enthusiasts IT IS the foundation for pop culture. The two men were discussing - Stan "The Man" Lee and "Emperor" George Lucas. The men you could say without we would not have neither the Marvel Universe and most certainly not the Star Wars universe. And that's not even their entire bodies of work!
