If you haven’t already learned skills, tools and strategies that are supporting you to be in a healthy marriage with your spouse, how do you know how you want to be treated by your spouse? Or how do you know how to treat your spouse?

How different or the same is your marriage to that of your parents and grandparents?

I believe that everyone wants to be loved and have our love received. We want to matter to our special person and we want him or her to know that he or she matters to us.

That shouldn’t be such a tall order, but it still escapes all too many people, which is why the divorce rate is still hovering around 50% in North America.

Well, the GREAT news is that you don’t have to guess anymore and you don’t have to be stuck using your parent’s or grandparent’s marriage as the template for your own marriage.

Priscilla has also served as Better Marriages Training and Certification Coordinator and the Coordinator for the International Marriage Enrichment Celebration. Priscilla and her husband, Greg, have been married for 36 years and have been involved in marriage education and enrichment since their marriage in 1976.
