Are you ready for your own BS to be released or to be shifted.

In this episode I am asking to face your BS and be open ready and open to shift it

Most of see BS in others and miss our own. Are you ready to look at

ways you BS yourself and not see how your resistance stops you from Bull Shift your own BS.

This is an invitation to find if you have any open or hidden BS and be open to shift it

If you wrote your new story you  may have discovered some BS some of you decided to go deeper with it and others may have glazed over it. Maybe say I don’t have any BS in me. Just like some people say that they are always positive or spiritual until you observe them in action.

Why write a new story of your life? For me this exercise helped me to really see what I was telling myself about me.Plus what I was energetically relate to others.

During healing sessions some healers encounter resistance from the person on the table. If you begun writing your new story did you encounter any resistance to begin changing your story in writing?  You are invited to see if there might be a little bit of resistance in some area in your life.

Next week Part 11 we will talk about ways you can work with the resistance you discovered if you want reduce this new aspect you discovered.

Why write a new story of your life? For me this exercise helped me to really see what I was telling myself about me.

When I started I did not realize I was still narrating my old story. It also taught and helped me to release the old hurts, emotions and thoughts that were not serving me. I learned to forgive myself and others. I invite you to write your new story and you don’t have to publish or share the new story. You can publish if you choose to you never know your story maybe helpful to someone.

What are you giving thanks for? Is thanks giving one of your Practice?

What if you practice giving thanks daily?

My parents use to make us practice giving thanks daily before bed.

What if before bed you give thanks to at least 3 things. See how hour life begin to change. Practice at least 3-6-12 months and see.
