Some of have grown not asking or asking and it was denied, refused, and made feel so small that we disappeared as we felt ashamed to ask again. We became non askers as we did not want to be seen as weak.

Episode 13; What do you see as the spiritual needs of your child/children?

 Children learn by example “monkey see monkey do” Are you modelling what you want your children to learn, become or be?

What can you do to nurture your child's spirituality? Here are some ideas.

Clarify your own beliefs. Whether or not you practice an organized religion, circular or not you will need to decide what you believe in order to foster spirituality in your child.

Teach them morals and ethics, values and your beliefs. Tell them about spirituality from a non judgemental or critical viewpoint. And then let them take it from there. Let them know they are free to choose

Episode # 12 Manage Current Super Stress by Just Deep Breathe

Are you Aware that you are going through awakening or transformation or both at the same time?

Are you experiencing some of these symptoms.

Some Physical symptoms of stress include:

• Low energy.
• Headaches.
• Upset stomach, including diarrhea, constipation, and nausea.
• Aches, pains, and tense muscles.
• Chest pain and rapid heartbeat.
• Insomnia.
• Frequent colds and infections.
• Loss of sexual desire and/or ability.
• And some emotional and spiritual symptoms
