We can all agree therapy is amazing and, in most cases, necessary for optimal mental and emotional wellbeing. But it’s not for everyone! Maybe you don’t have enough time in the day or just aren’t ready to see a professional about all the feels. For a lot of us it’s the bank account putting a hard stop to our search for mental health. JDE is all too familiar with the long list of reasons and excuses on why you CAN’T make therapy happen. Hey no judgment! We made a list of alternative methods. It’s not being hypocritical if we have boobs, right? Oh how the turn tables turn. Going from some “bull shit bro code” to “it just pisses us off when we’re not the ones doing it”, JDE swallows their pride (and some shots) to look at things in a different, less man hating light.
