In this episode we catch up on the last two of four total motions to dismiss filed by Trump’s defense team in the DC case brought by Special Counsel Jack Smith.

The first half of the first motion, to dismiss on statutory grounds, is very good. The second half of it gets dense, but is also good.

The fourth and final motion to dismiss, on grounds of selective and vindictive prosecution, is Grade A narrative warfare.
