In this episode we read fmr Attorney General Ed Meese’s filing at SCOTUS which argues that Special Counsel Jack Smith’s appoint as such is illegal and that all of the cases he has brought should be dismissed.

We then look at the orders that appointed Mueller, Durham, Smith, Hur, and Weiss and examine the differences.
