In this episode: We discuss the news that the DC Court of Appeals has AFFIRMED Judge Chutkan’s Order denying President Trump’s Immunity in the DC Case. It will undoubtedly be appealed to SCOTUS, which means this case, more than likely, ain’t going to trial for at least another three months or more, if ever. Our focus then turns to the Docs Case down in Florida where a protracted battle is unfolding over discovery. Trump just prevailed against Smith in one part of that battle, resulting in the unsealing of some filings. Finally, we briefly cover the sentencing of Schulte, the CIA employee who hacked a portion of the CIA's network, stole files, leaked them to WikiLeaks as Vault 7 and Vault 8, and who maintained a server that hosted thousands of child abuse images. After years of legal battles and three trials, he was sentenced to 40yrs in the clink.

I also give some comments on Gaetz endorsing McCarthy for RNC Chair (LOL!).
