In this episode, Alexander Smirnov’s case has been delayed until December. That’s a long time for him to sit in jail and wait.

Nadine Menendez has severed her case from Bob “Gold Bars” Menendez and the other defendants. Bob is also trying to have his severed. I’ve long suspected that DOJ is trying to flip Nadine against all of them and still do.

In Weiss’s gun and taxes cases against the current President’s son, Hunter Biden has appealed his motions to dismiss in both cases, which were all denied, to the respective appeals circuits in Delaware (2nd) and California (9th).

Finally, in the Docs Case, Judge Cannon denies motions from Nauta and De Oliveira as Trump goes on trial in Manhattan.
