Also, in lawfare news, Judge Cannon took the hint from Justice Thomas and dismissed Special Counsel Smith’s classified documents case-granting Trump’s Motion to Dismiss for Unlawful Appointment. Since recording this episode Smith has officially appealed it as expected, however that lands the case right back on Justice Thomas’s desk and up to the full SCOTUS if Smith takes it that far.

The move has prompted defendants charged by Weiss to consider similar motions to dismiss.

And finally, in Swamp Draining News, both Senator Menendez and Miles Guo have been found guilty!
