In this episode, the Trump Administration has designated Cartel de los Soles (Cartel of the Sun) as a Foreign Terrorist Organization, but some folks say the group doesn’t even exist.

In other news, a new report reveals that Andrew and Tristan Tate’s electronic devices were seized earlier this year when they visited the U.S. Their attorney says the devices were never returned. This confirms the long-rumored investigation(s) of the two brothers by U.S. authorities was active earlier this year and that the investigation was being run out of DHS’s HSI unit. A unit that specifically hunts human traffickers.

Finally, I have a ‘for your consideration’ segment regarding Comey’s handwritten note that was filed as an exhibit a couple weeks ago in United States v. Comey. The vast majority of people have taken it as evidence, confirmation even, that Comey lied in a September 30, 2020 hearing. The alleged lie was later featured as the failed Count One in the case against him.

But I believe there is an alternative explanation, both for the note and for Comey’s answers in that hearing.
