I don't know about you but in the last two years or so, we sure have been put through the wringer. I mean, I like to think of myself as a rather strong individual that can't be broken. But from isolated quarantines and political turmoil to another holiday season...your mental health might need a little TLC...and that is OKAY! In fact, let's normalize not to refer to people as "damaged" or "broken" because they need a little help. We all need help sometimes, amiright?
