Katie and John Palmer were taking a morning walk, when they were hit from behind by a truck driving on the wrong side of the road. Cory Foster hit Katie and John that day, killing Katie, and injuring John. John and Katie's family will not stop until Cory Foster is held accountable for the lifetime of pain he caused that day. DPS, officers on duty, Cory Foster himself, held little value towards the seriousness of what had just occurred.
