This week on Inside the Headset we are featuring Justin Hoffman, Assistant Director of Graduate Recruitment and assistant coach at Concordia University - Nebraska. Coach Hoffman highlights his passion for coaching, his career path, and maintaining boundaries for a good work-life balance. Coach Hoffman previously spent time at Peru State College and the high school level as an assistant coach and is entering his fourth year as an assistant at Concordia University – Nebraska. He recently stepped into his full-time role as the Assistant Director of Graduate Recruitment this past year at Concordia.
