We can't say just yet if Justus Annunen is the answer for the Colorado Avalanche and their backup goalie problem, but if he keeps playing like this that will answer itself.

Annunen played an excellent game against the Detroit Red Wings, but the Avalanche couldn't get him the victory as they fell in OT and on the road yet again.

While an enjoyable game to watch, and although we are years beyond the blood feud years between these two teams, there is always still a little sting when losing to Detroit.
