From Famous Rock Star to Disillusionment to Kiirtaniya - Vasudeva is a true devotee and inspiration to all of us. Tonight he shares some amazing Baba stories and kiirtan experiences with us.  

'When Will I' is a song off 'Longing', and was inspired by the Children's Nursery Rhyme 'Babes in the Woods'. Then I sing the 'Spring' song or Vasanteri Agamane by P.R.Sarkar and relish in the meaningful images of nature reflecting different nuances of devotional love. The image below is a rare and beautiful "Babes in Wood" 1890s edition (found at The Baldwin Library). 

I am inspired to ponder the idea of spiritual ecology today and am singing a few original songs from the album 'Longing' that come to mind such as 'Never Doubt You' aka 'Kennedys Bay' and 'Do I Exist' aka 'Is there Moonlight Without Sunshine'  

Jenny is new to Sunrise Farm but she is truly at one with the flow of the Irish landscape. An early experience when I was 18 and on the spiritual path, gave me the confidence to never doubt myself, although others may have been discriminatory. My spiritual teacher Baba, gave me other experiences also that made me understand that distinctions based on sexual orientation or race for example, are against the spirit of universalism and social equality on the spiritual path.
