The Avarta Kiirtan Collection of three albums is due to be launched any day- and the beautiful thing is that each sale goes towards three different service Projects - The Children's Home in Haiti, The Spirulina Project in West Africa and the Sunrise Kindy at Ananda Bharatii in County Clare.

For those of you who would have liked to have been with us but couldnt, here is the recording of Tinku's shraddha ceremony, lead by Didi Anandaprama. The shraddha ceremony starts at 30 mins. At first there is with kiirtan, then samgaccadvam (Vedas) then meditation (cut out), then Guru Puja followed by the shraddha ceremony. Then there was time for sharing, first by me, then Shivanii and finally Didi Anandaprama ending with kiirtan. Present in the room were: Lydia, Rama Deva, Kavita, Isabel (for a short time), Brigunath, Didi Anandaprama and me. Shivanii Cameron was with us online from Australia.

I am sharing the beginnings of a song about friendship and what it means to me. As I have said, for me Tinku's expression of friendship was truly divine....I follow you and you follow me...

Gaotamii's new book is called My Little Trail of Crumbs to the Lotus Feet of the Lord.. The Beloved's Beloved. Gaotamii left this world recently and her husband Viveka, sent me this beautiful book. I remember her as someone who was a great inspiration to me and many others with her deep and unswerving devotion. She was also a very kind, honest and welcoming person. I will never forget her devotional zeal and her warm hospitality and her stories reflect that, they are a timeless treasure of a true devotee.
