Many advantages are gained by converting  to Islam, the most obvious one being the sense of calmness. First benefit : Converting to Islam  liberates a persons from slavery to manmade system and lifestyle. 

The second benefit : God promises paradise to the believer. Paradise as describe in many verses of Quran, Allah shows His Mercy to the believer  by rewarding them with the paradise. The third benefit  converting to Islam, you can achieve happiness, tranquility and inner peace. Who wants to live peacefully and happily  try to convert to Islam. My Allah always be with you, may Allah always to be with us. Wallah-hu- 'alam- bish-shawab.

First benefit, converting to Islam  liberates  a person  from slavery to man-made system and lifestyle. After  a person is freed from manmade system and  life style. He or She is free to worship God, free to pray to Allah, free to worship Allah  in the correct manner. Allah is the Greatest ( Allah -hu-Akbar).

The second benefit, God promises, Allah promises to the believer (Arabic : Mu'min). Paradise as describe in many verses of the Quran, is a place of eternal bliss and it promised to believer. Allah shows His Mercy to the believers by rewarding them with Paradise. Based on Quran, Surah Al-Baqarah (The Cow), V.5 " Wa-ula-ika-humul-Muflikhun"  They are the successful, and those are the successful.  Ulama (Scholar) Said, according to this verse  "There are the successful  in this life and in the Hereafter"  In this world and life after this world.

The third benefit, converting to Islam. You can achieve happiness, tranquility and inner peace. Islam itself is inherently associated with inner peace and tranquility. Who wants to life  (live) peacefully and happily, TRY TO COVERT TO ISLAM.  Be a good Citizen and be a good Muslim. There are many others benefits,   but in this occasion. I'm enough  with only three benefits. May Allah be with you, May Allah be with us. Wallahu 'alam bish showab. 

There is an interesting question, " Do you want to be a Muslim ? Do you want to be a Moslem ? ". If your answer, No, No I don't. No problem. Maybe it's time not yet. Maybe next time, In Sha Allah.  But, if your answer, yes. Yes I do. I want to be a moslem. Let me tell you, the step to be a moslem. Very easy to be a moslem and very nice to be a moslem. There are two steps to be a moslem.

First step : You must be declared Shahada, privately or publication, in order word, to get way to Islam is Shahada, So you have to say and declare  shahada , that is   " I  testify that there is no God but Allah,  and I testify that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah, in arabic it read : Ash-hadu- anla- ilaha- illa- Allah, Wa ash-hadu- anna- Muhammadan- Rasool- Allah. If you have declared shahada or if someone has declared  the shahada, you are already a moslem, you are a moslem.

In this occasion, I would like to say "WELCOME"  welcome my brothers, welcome my sisters. You have already moslems. The second step. Now, that you are moslems, then you must learn to pray and learn read the Quran, you can learn by doing. The Prayer is very happy and makes the heart calm and happy. Restless inside become lost . I really hope that  you will become a good citizen and a good moslem. Be a good citizen and be a good moslem. May luck always be with you, May Allah always be with you. Wallahu'alam Bish- Shawab.

The "word Islam" comes from Arabic, "aslama - yuslimu - islaaman "  its mean "Peace". So Islam mean peace , love and compassion. As mentioned in the Quran, Surah Al-Anbiya (21st Surah in the Quran) Verse 107, Allah Says :" And We (Allah) have sent you ( O Muhammad, may the blessings and peace of Allah upon him) not but as a mercy for the 'alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). So the Prophet Muhammad was sent as a mercy to the whole world. As a mercy for mankind, as a mercy for jinns, as a mercy for all nation in the world.

That's why killing in Islam strictly prohibited ? Based on the Quran, the fifth Surah, Al-maidah, Verse 32, Allah Says : " if anyone killed a person not in retaliation of murder (and) to spread mischief in the land --- it would be as if he killed all mankind . And if anyone saved  a life, it would be as if  he saved the life of all mankind ". (The Quran, Surah Al-Maaidah, the fifth surah. V.32 ). 

This is completely contrary to the perception of most people about Islam.  Why.... ? Because  they are hear Islam from streets, not from the Quran, not from the Hadith and not from Islamic teaching based on the Quran.  So they have the wrong perception about Islam. I would like to say, that Islam is a religion of peace. The religion that teaches  love, peace and compassion. I would like to ask your apologize for my mistake and weaknesses. Let me say. Many people didn't believe in the existence of God, Why didn't believe in the existence of God ? because their mind are not able to find out God (in their mind). God cannot be found with the mind, but can be believe with IMAN (the heart). Talking about "Looking for God..?" There is an interesting story in the Quran. Please open the 6th Surah of the Quran, Surah Al-Anam, verse 76 until 79. The story Prophet Ibrahim looking for God.

V.76. When the night covered him over with darkness he saw a star (Ibrahim saw a star) He said " This is My Lord", But when it set. I like not those that set. I like not those star, that set.  V.77. When he saw the moon rising up, (Ibrahim saw the moon rising up), He said : " This is my Lord" But when it set,  He said :" Unless my Lord guides me , I shall surely  be among the erring people".

V.78. When he saw the sun rising up (Ibrahim saw the sun rising up),  He said , "This is my Lord. This is greater". But when it set, he said " O my people I am indeed free from all that you join as partners in worship with Allah".   Millennials. who are loved by Allah.... Finally, Prophet Ibrahim found Allah, that Allah who created the stars, the moon and the sun. The stars, the moon and the sun were created by Allah, the heavens and the earth were created by Allah. V.79. Verily, I have turned my face towards Him Who has created the heavens and the earth Hanifan (Islamic Monotheism, i.e. worshipping none but Allah  Alone), and I am not of Al-Mushrikun (those who worship others besides Allah). Everything comes from  Allah so follow it, and please accept it.  I would like to ask your apologize for my mistake and weaknesses. Wallahu 'alam Bish-Shawab. 

Based on Hadith from Umar ibn al-Khattab. I heard the Messenger of Allah (the blessing and peace of Allah be upon him), Say : "Actions are based on intention. And everyone  will get what  was intended. Whoever migrates with an intention for Allah and His Messenger, the migration will be for the sake of Allah and His Messenger,  and Whoever  migrates  for worldly-gain (worldly benefit) or to marry a woman, then his migration will be for the sake of whatever  he migrated for " (Related Bukhari and Muslim)

This Hadith is central to Islamic thought, culture, and understanding and show the balance  between the internal and external state of one-self. This hadith is great in its benefit and importance and it has been said that Islam revolves around it. Scholars (Ulama) have commented  that this hadith comprises One-third of knowledge. Because the actions of man involve, his heart, his tongue, and his limb, and hence the intention in the heart is One-third of action.

How to be a mu'min, how to be a believer ?  One day... a man  asked to Messenger of Allah. He Said :" O Muhammad, tell me about Iman ?" The Messenger of Allah Said is to believe in Allah "  What does it mean to believe in Allah ? Believe (Iman) in Allah. Believe in the existence of Allah, believe that Allah Alone is The Lord without any partners. He is Allah the One; The Self-Sufficient Master whom all creatures need. He is neither eats nor drink. He begets not, nor was begotten. And there is no one equal or comparable unto him. 

The Second Pillar, to become a believer. To believe in His angels. Angels of Allah.  The third Pillar, to believe in His Book, like The Quran, the Gospel and the Taura. The Fourth Pillar, to believe in His messengers. Like prophet Moses, Jesus and Muhammad  (may the blessings and peace  of Allah upon him). The Fifth Pillar, to be a believer, to be a mu'min, to believe the Last Day, the Day of Judgement. After the life of this world there is an afterlife.  The Sixth, the last Pillar, to become a believer. To believe in divine destiny , both the good and the evil thereof. I do hope you  become a  believer, to be a mu'min.

If Someone : To believe  in Allah,; To believe in His angels (angels of Allah); To believe in His messengers (Muhammad SAW etc.); To believe in His Books ( like The Quran, the Gospel etc.); To believe in the Last Day (The Day of Judgement); and To believe in divine destiny both the good and the evil thereof. He has become a believer, he has become a mu'min. Wallahu 'alam bish-shawab.

Milennials who are loved by Allah.... Based on Hadith from Umar ibn Khattob, ... a man whose clothes were exceedingly white and whose hair exceedingly back, no sign of journeying were to be seen on him, and no one of us knew him, He said : " O Muhammad tell me about Islam?"  The Massenger of Allah said : " Islam is to testify that there is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah ; To perform the prayers,;   To pay the Zakat,; To fast in Ramadhan,; and To make the pilgrimage  to the House of Allah (Baitullah) in Mecca, if you are able to do so" 

As conclusion in this study, if someone, ---- To testify that there is no God but Allah and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah;  to perform the prayers,; to pay the zakat,; to fast in ramadhan,; and to make the pilgrimage to the House of Allah (Baitullah) in Mecca if you are able to do so-- you become a moslem.

Even if, someone only admit or testify  that there is no God but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. He can be called a moslem. Very easy to be a moslem. So, I do hope you choose Islam as your religion. I do hope you, to be a moslem, In sha Allah. I hope Allah guides you to become a moslem. Wallahu 'alam Bish Shawab. Alhamdulilah.

He (Allah) it is enables you to travel through land and sea, ... till when you are in the ships and they sail with them a favourable wind,  and they are glad therein, then comes a stormy wind and the waves come to them from all sides, and they think that they are  encircled therein, they invoke Allah, they pray to Allah, making their faith pure for Him Alone, saying " If You (Allah) deliver us from this, we shall truly be of gratiful "

But, when He (Allah) delivered them, behold !  They rebel (disobey Allah) in the earth wrongfully. ( The Quran. V.10 : 22-23 / Surah Yunus :22-23).

Tatkala mereka berlayar dilautan, dan angin yang bertiup adalah angin yang baik, angin yang menguntungkan. Kapal Perahu mereka berlayar dengan angin tersebut, mereka bergembira mereka merasa senang. Namun tatkala kemudian datang "Riikhun 'Aashif" Badai angin, angin kencang disertai gelombang ombak yang tinggi dari berbagai penjuru, mereka menyangka bahwa mereka tidak akan selamat dari marabahaya tersebut. Mereka menaggil-manggil Tuhan, berdoa kepada Tuhan. Yaa Rabb, "Jika Engkau dapat menyelamatkan kami dari mara bahaya ini. Tentulah kami akan menjadi orang yangbersyukur kepada-Mu"

Tatkala doa mereka dikabulkan Allah, mereka selamat dari marabahaya yang mereka alami. Kemudian mereka berbuat kedholiman dimuka bumi. Mereka lupa, atas janji mereka kepada Allah. Mereka ingkar janji, itulah sifat manusia, mereka suka inkar janji. Mereka memanggil manggil Tuhan ketika mereka butuh..... ketika mereka "terjepit mushibah" itulah sifat buruk  manusia,  mereka suka ingkar janji. Semoga Allah memberikan kekuatan kepada kita, untuk bisa menepati janji, dan menjauhkan dari perbuatan buruk, "suka ingkar janji". Aamiin YRA.

Dialah Allah yang menjadikan kalian dapat berjalan di darat dan berlayar di lautan.  Sehingga ketika kalian berada didalam Kapal Perahu kalian, tatkala angin yang bertiup adalah angin yang baik, sehingga kapal-perahu itu meluncur dengan tiupan angin yang baik, و فرحوا  "wafarikhuu" kalian merasa gembira, kalian merasa senang.

Tetapi tatkala  datang badai bertiup kencang disetai gelombang ombak  yang tinggi dari segala penjuru, kalian menyangka bahwa kalian tidak akan selamat. Kalian memanggil-manggil Tuhan, kalian meminta-minta kepada Tuhan.......Disini kalian mengakui dan membenarkan bahwa diluar diri kalian ada kekuatan yang Maha Dahsyat, ada Tuhan Allah Yang Maha Esa dan Maha Kuasa.
