5:05pm- On Tuesday, Vice President Kamala Harris did an interview with The Howard Stern Show. After announcing the interview, controversial clips of Stern resurfaced—including several videos where he wore blackface and used racial slurs. During the interview with Harris, Stern admitted that he was doing everything in his power to make sure the conversation goes well for the Democrat presidential nominee.

5:20pm- Kamala Struggling to Break Through with Working Class. Ken Thomas and Catherine Lucey of The Wall Street Journal write: “Democrats have privately grown worried about Kamala Harris’s standing among working-class voters in the crucial “blue-wall” states—particularly in Michigan. Donald Trump has assiduously courted union members and noncollege-educated white voters with a message focused on high costs, manufacturing and the threat of China to the U.S. economy. Senior Democrats, including Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, want a sharper economic appeal from Harris and have conveyed those concerns to her campaign, according to people familiar with the conversations.
