Haley Strack of National Review reports: “Republicans on the House Oversight Committee launched an investigation on Wednesday to determine if the Biden administration misused taxpayer dollars to fly Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to the U.S. to benefit Kamala Harris’s presidential campaign. In letters to top Biden administration officials, committee chairman James Comer wrote that then-president Donald Trump faced similar accusations from Democrats in 2019 of trying to use Zelensky to benefit is campaign ‘despite a lack of any evidence of wrongdoing. 4:50pm- Union Members in Pennsylvania Prefer Trump. Layla A. Jones of The Philadelphia Inquirer writes: “While the Pennsylvania Conference of Teamsters endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris for president, the union’s members who participated in an electronic survey overwhelmingly favored former President Donald Trump, according to data released by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. Of Pennsylvania teamsters who participated in the informal survey, administered by BallotPoint Election Services from July 24 through Sept. 15, more than 65% supported endorsing Trump, compared with more than 31% who preferred Harris.
