Kane Nixon- 20 years of career and volunteer experience. Currently a Deputy Chief with the Arizona Fire/Medical Authority in Arizona. Chief Nixon noticed a short coming within Fire Departments around the country and started the “I Care Movement” which emphasizes a journey of transformation and empowerment. A new era of leadership that begins with caring for ourselves, our people and our communities.
