Karen Darke is a Paralympic Gold medalist, World Champion, World record holder, professional adventurer, bestselling author, coach, and speaker



Karen and I met when she was a coauthor in Activate Your Life, Volume III - the bestselling coaching exercise book series I put together, and it was a pleasure getting to know her more during this interview
