As a psycho-spiritual counselor and coach, I’ve spent over 20 years working with spiritually-minded, high performing, professional women (and men) who want to break free of the anxiety, stress, worry and overwhelm caused by repeating the same mistakes over and over. I’m a seriously devoted meditation and yoga practitioner, an initiate in the linage of Kriya Yoga and a disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda.

I’m blessed to have a wonderful and loving husband and a beautiful daughter who is in college.
