As we look back on 2018 and look forward to 2019, Praise the lord at the beginning and at the end of the day, the month, the year. Begin and end with Jesus, include Him in your daily life. Have a love for God.

Wise men came from the east. We don’t really know who they were, but they believed that they would find the new King, the Messiah, and they followed God’s sign faithfully.

God revealed the coming birth of Jesus to the lowly shepherds. How would that have effected their lives? How does the Christmas story effect your life?

He gained the whole world, but lost his soul.

Mary. Teenager, pregnant out of wedlock, mother. Mother to a public figure, mother of a cursed criminal. Mother of the risen messiah, daughter of The Most High. Quite the rollercoaster life she experienced. So was it the ‘post-card picture’ life that is so often presented? As we embark on this snapshot biography of a relationship with Jesus that no-one else in history has had, what do we learn?

Continuing in Philippians. Chapter 4, “Rejoice in the Lord always. – Do Not be anxious about anything”.

Chapter 3 of Philippians. I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.

Chapter 2 of Philippians, Paul calls us to be like minded, to be unified in Christ.

Does God have unfinished business? Indeed. WE are His unfinished business.

Jesus said ” If anyone forces you to go one mile, go with them two miles.” Matthew 5:41.
