Most people probably don't know who Tom Steyer is, but they're now seeing his face, often, in a heavily broadcast ad calling for the impeachment of President Trump. KCBS, KPIX 5 and Chronicle Insider Phil Matier says that Steyer may be lining himself up to run against Diane Feinstein for US Senate.
