Welcome back to Brunch with Desb! I’m not going to lie guys, seasonal depression has been hitting me quite hard lately and I have honestly never felt as lazy as I have now. Although I’m not necessarily acting on the laziness, the time of year on top of being sick and pregnant really has me tapped out. Working out has been feeling like a chore lately and body dysmorphia has also made her appearance. If anyone else has been feeling the same way, please let me know in the comments and remember to give yourself grace during times like this. As long as you’re showing up, that’s all that matters.

While this may be a shorter episode, we are still going to cover all our bases.
