Some reflection upon my return from my weekend spiritual retreat with beautiful souls, my multifaceted family of humans who found each other and built something of incredible strength from our differences.

Today I pull together concepts around default emotions, and the ego and it's comfort zones. Then I tie these into personal growth, transitions and building the new, and some insights into why we (our ego) tend to self sabotage and how I've noticed this in myself.

After calling a friend I hadn't spoken to in a while today, I reflected on why it took me so long to do that and what all that resistance was around actually making the call.

Our human bodies and minds are keen to pick up on whether someone is being authentic with us. I must about why we do this to begin with and what makes someone resister as more or less authentic, if this verdict can change, and it's evolutionary advantages.

It's been quite a journey, and I've honestly never had such wonderful company. I'm in the process of healing a reaction/reflex I have to shrink, and it is a challenge for sure, but I'm approaching it with as much of a plan as I can...

A lighter episode after some heavier unpacking with Matthew today.

There is something that happens as we shed the layers of self, as we move inward and deeper into the truth of ourselves. I do not know how to describe it, but that hasn't stopped me from trying.

I talk about an Instagram session that really did a number on my energetics (and surprising twist- from an account that I truly believe puts a TON of good into the world). I talk about the things I did to clear the energies I had picked up and recalibrate my own, as well as an energetic practice we can apply to cleanse our Instagram feeds.

Today I had the great privilege to sit in on a Masterclass (Made for Millions, orchestrated by Cathy Heller) with Martha Beck, who is absolutely phenomenal. My mind is still blown and I am still processing to be honest.

I have been listening to interviews on podcasts in preparation for upcoming masterclasses with some powerhouse women. I get to be on live zoom calls with Martha Beck and Morgan Harper Nichols this week through Cathy Heller's program, Made for Millions, and I'm getting myself pretty stoked for how expansive this is all feeling.
