I reflect on this recent pattern I've fallen into with the timing when I stop to record along my sleep/wake cycle and look at what is and isn't working.

Today we went to the park. I've brought back a memory of some geese, some rowdy children, and the energetic imprints left behind.

I talk about how I've been noticing some of my perceptions shifting as I move through life and encounter old versions of myself. I'm intentionally vague at points here because I don't want anything I'm saying to be interpreted as shaming or criticizing accounts/artists I have followed for years. This is not my intention, so I hope it doesn't come across this way, but just in case, I have tried to omit any identifying information or direct references to their work.

I've been reflecting on why I've been experiencing resistance around unguided meditation and yoga practices lately. It's still a little fuzzy, so I suppose this is something of a window into the halfway point in understanding these points of resistance.

I talk a little about dreams and tell tale of one of my more recent dreams that felt very much like a release of a lot of toxicity I had been carrying (and trying to let go of) from my recent past.

I feel like Agate sometimes (often?) gets a bad wrap from the community. I have recently gained a whole new appreciation for Agates and wanted to share some of what I've learned with you all. I cover the connections between Agate, Chalcedony, Jasper, and Quartz - but focus primarily on Agates. I also talk about the metaphysical and spiritual aspects of Agate and my own intuitive understanding of the properties and energies of (and working with) Agate.

Shout out to Cathy Heller & her phenomenal programs & emphasis on "doing it messy." I reflect on some of what has been holding me back in my most recent course & my latest plan of action to get myself out of this rut.
