It happened. I forgot to record before I feel asleep for the night. But that's ok, I'm showing up here anyway and reflecting on the resistance around an upcoming trip we've had planned.

I recap & talk about what I did yesterday immediately after getting off the recording as things started to escalate. I also talk about the process from a more birds eye view & some of my experience walking through this with some other shadows.

In this episode, I talk about uncovering blocks in near real-time, and breathing through things that come up. I also offer a very real time process I use when breathing gets difficult from all the emotions and energies that come up during this process. Just finished this movie on Netflix and it was good, I'm still processing to be honest. Pretty sure no spoilers, but everyone has their own definition of spoilers anyway.

It's my birthday! Horray! We visited a Herman Miller store today and it was amazing. It also brought up some really lovely feelings and reflections on manifestation.

I've made a few investments in my self and my growth lately that I'm very proud of. Tonight, I reflected a little on the difference of the feeling of pursuing higher education vs where I'm at now.

Changing the name of my podcast again has launched me into talking about doing things messy and not giving up. What makes something a "first try"? I also talk about the growth seasons we go through in life & the traditions between them.
