Learning to take up space can be quite the journey, one that I'm still actively participating in.

Inner of my biggest creative blocks or methods of procrastination, depending on how you look at it has been raising the bar on myself. It has been one of my methods of preventing not only moving forward but starting any creative ideas I have. I may revisit this one as it has been so recurring throughout my life, certainly as I learn to navigate this more effectively.

Finally doing another update on my progress in To Be Magnetic, The Pathway. It took me three attempts to figure out my authentic code, and I think I've gotten pretty close. It's been a little confusing for me, so apologies if I'm still not able to explain it too well just yet. I'm excited to have made some progress on this though.

Sleep is rushing in and I am welcoming it with open arms. I believe I talked about my full day of knocking things off my list, some of my practices around finances, and then something about souls, universal consciousness, the human condition, and dark matter.

Sitting in gratitude tonight as I've managed to schedule a smal l bucket of tasks that's been looming over for about a year now. It feels really good to even just have them scheduled for tomorrow, not to mention with appointments tied to them so I have accountability to follow through. I'm excited to sit in awareness and gratitude with that weight fully lifting after tomorrow.

I often find myself discrediting my time spent reading or researching or listening to podcasts as inconsequential (unless of course I'm listening to a podcast while doing something "productive"). But thanks to some recent readings in Joe Dispenza's work, I'm realizing I really ought to be giving myself a lot more credit for this endless curiosity.

My recent investment in myself isn't going as expected, which makes me feel a little weird about the growth around self worth and self care that I had been so proud about before. Reflections about this and lessons in general.

Today started with a dream. I dreamed of a place- the place as it turns out is real, but it looks a little different than it did in my dream. Today meandered, but also felt so aligned, and an interview Matthew and I watched off Steve Perry ties it all together.

Self worth and a fear of not being enough is something that affects a lot of us. It shows up in the way we talk to ourselves, and also the way we present ourselves to others.
