This time of year is always a little weird for me, and I'm not entirely sure why. It's a weird oscillation, and I mean it's not super heavy, but it is noticable and worth pondering on...

"I'll just do a quick record before I go to bed, it was a long day." Apparently it was very important that I take the time to tell you about my very packed day. I'm ending today feeling grateful, grounded, and proud of myself. I went to 5 different stores today (1 craft, 4 grocery stores) to track down all the ingredients for a recipe Matthew & I are tackling this year, and I managed to stay grounded AND grateful the entire time. Absolutely none of that 'familiar' Grocery Store Anxiety, and 3 days before Christmas, no less!

Today Matthew and I talk about Kinder Joy (check out his IG @_katraa_ for the video post, the visuals are helpful in this case, not to mention he makes some pretty rad stuff you should also check out 😁). 

Matthew had never experienced the Joy of Kinder (kinder like kindergarten), so I got us a couple... And then he got us a couple more... And then a couple more for good measure. 😆

Went Xmas Light Stalking with my friends today (we went to see all the lights & decorations). Some refections before sleep after a surprisingly filled day.
