I have had a habit of channeling my future self when I find myself feeling a little out of my depth for a little while now. I tell a story of one of the most recent times I did this and when and how I began to let all my progress slip away.

I found myself driving deep into my personal email inbox today, sorting and deleting and clearing and reading. I was on a roll and before I knew it I was digging through all of 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016... I had inadvertently created an exercise of reexamining and processing pieces of my past.

I know the adage is "keep it simple stupid," but I don't like the energy of the language, even if it's meant in jest, I feel these things can really have an effect through our subconscious. Matthew and I talk about the power of keeping things simple and fun.

I woke up in a whirlwind of grumpy and it really wanted to stick around. I talk about what woke me & kept me up last night, to my annoyance, and how I continued to feed my frustrations into the morning and waking hours. But then I share what I did today to help turn that around and reclaim the day for me and bring my energies back up.

Some chats about ego and the resistance I've been experiencing lately. 

I have also decided to purchase a membership / program of courses on digging into manifestation, which I have been orbiting for some time now. The membership is through To Be Magnetic, and offers a new approach to manifestation that considers psychology, limiting beliefs / programming, among other blockages, as well as a specific approach to manifestation (as far as I can tell from the experience I have thus far). 

I'll keep you posted as I start to make my way through the offerings. 🙂
