Today was a mixed bag, lots of highs, and quite a bit of the lows. Some old frustrations brought up on this anniversary of a lot of heavy feelings and frustrations.

I talk about some books & choosing what to read next, as well as exploring different online course options. There are SO MANY online courses these days, it's hard to tell what is a scam and what we will walk away from feeling we have grown and expanded and changed for the better. 

I talk about some of my methods when it comes to sitting with and feeling out all these options, while minding that this is a financial investment, and planning out timelines that can set me up for a better experience and likelihood of completing and enjoying the course(s).

I faced some more of my grocery store anxiety today! Not only making the trek on this potentially hectic day, but visiting a store I had never been to before. Some feelings came up, and they got me thinking about the ruts we can find ourselves in.

Matthew and I stopped off by the beach after a spontaneous decision to go to a crystal fair today after all. We followed our intuition and found some really cool stuff! Not to mention we're feeling more refreshed and recharged and excited to get back to work!

This very special episode featuring the Magnificent Matthew was a very late night recording because life happened. But we showed up, and that's important. We talked a little about soul ages and soul journeys and limiting beliefs and probably some other things that now slip my mind as it tries to slip into sleep.

I realized my day had taken a turn into heavy energies, seemingly "out of nowhere." A quick meditation revealed that I was experiencing a triggered emotional response from old emotionally charged events in my past. 

I hopped on right after this realization and walked through my process of looking at and shifting my energy in real time, "spoken journal" style. 

I end with a plan for how to move forward with the actions I still need to take in this space of emotional land mines, and reflect on the energetic shift that happened in me through this ~30 processing session.

I talk about water and the random things I know, have learned recently, or vaguely remember about various types of potable water. Right after I signed off I realized I probably should have also included what the hell potable water is, but alas. It's water that's safe to drink.
