I've been very meta lately - thinking about what I think about and how I know what I know and what I don't know that I know and the things I know I don't know as well as all the things I don't know I don't know. Not to mention the things I once didn't know I didn't know and now know - or at least think that I know... 

I dive into limiting beliefs and where they exist on this complicated spectrum of knowing and a couple of my favorite ways to really look at these beliefs and begin to dismantle or reprogram them once I've found them.

I bought GOOD gas for my car today and it sparked both gratitude and reflection on what I have been fueling my own body with. We typically think of the "fuel" for our bodies as food, but much more than that from the air we breathe to the water we drink and the energies we are immersed in.

I did my monthly finances today, and found myself taking about my background with money. I've always been good with money, saving especially. After a series of less-than-ideal relationships, I began to believe I needed to be fully healed and have everything about myself figured out before I could have a successful romantic relationship. I've also had a fear of upsetting people by speaking about how fantastic my current relationship is. Today, I talk about some of the things I see as making this relationship so solid and beautiful.
